How does the top-up reach the customer?

If your supplier account is connected, it is delivered automatically to the Player ID after payment. If not, the order reaches you on Telegram and you deliver it.

Can I sell codes I already own?

Do I have to build a bot myself?

Do I need big capital to sell PUBG UC?

What do I need from the customer to top up?

Only their Player ID — never the password. Your store asks for it on the product page.

What if they typed a wrong ID?

A top-up to a wrong ID is usually not refundable, so the store reminds customers to double-check the ID before paying.

Does the platform take a share of the transfer?

No, the money reaches your wallet in full. We charge the order fee (2 EGP on the free plan) from a separate balance you top up.

What if a customer sends the wrong amount?

The order is not confirmed automatically, and you get an alert to review the transfer and decide.

Can I limit cash on delivery to certain products?

Cash on delivery works for products that ship; digital products stay prepaid.

How do I reduce returns?

Turn on order confirmation before shipping, make sizes and photos clear, and show the shipping price from the start.

Does this business need full-time work?
